Line Up Announcement: OM Dome at Shangri-La Music Festival
Last week, Shangri-La Music Festival released the first wave of it’s 2019 lineup. The annual event, hosted by Wookiefoot, will feature music by old park favorites such as Dirtwire, Mike Love, Heatbox, Satsang, Tubby Love and Amber Lilly, Useful Jenkins and Kind Country. The line up features new favorites such as Mae Simpson, Smokin’ Joe and Johnny Wayne. In wake of the announcement, the carefully curated OM Dome line up, created by The Romerdome Familia, has also been released.
“Diversity. Creativity. Culture. These are the themes, which are quickly becoming our norm,” shared Ricardo “Romie” Romero of The Romerdome Familia. “This year’s Shangri~La is packed with incredible artistry through music and its creative process.”
This year’s host and MC for the Om Dome will be conscious hip-hop artists, Lifted Mindz and Tha Mammoth.
The line up features over twelve new artists including, Goop City Music, Modwell, Divine AF and Kuf Knotz. More than music, the Romerdome Familia has invited Chelsey Kreklau to host yoga in the mornings and The Blue Rhythmic Monkey will be bringing ‘that fresh psychedelia’.
The Om Dome is bringing back Silent Jamz from 1-6 a.m. for late night entertainment. This year, it will feature both bands and DJs such as Northern Medicine, Renneygade w/ Optymistic & Tha Mammoth, Modwell, DJ Wigglez and Pateo of Medicine for the People.
Be sure to pop in, take off your shoes, grab a shell of kava, feast your eyes on some art and your ears on some homegrown music.
