This is Perfect Harmony seeks to create and be a part of communities that are inclusive of all people regardless of their identities or abilities. This includes their age, sex, gender, gender identity, gender expression, ethnicity, race, color, nation of origin, physical appearance, religion, education, pregnancy status, wealth, and physical or mental abilities.

Perfect Harmony will not collaborate with or cover artists/events that exhibit harmful behavior or willful ignorance of harmful behavior.

Harmful behaviors include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Gender-based harassment such as unwanted sexual contact and sexual attention. This includes verbal and non-verbal harassment.
  • Aggressive behavior such as acts of physical violence, threats of violence, intimidation, or stalking.
  • Abuse of power or platform in relation to status, wealth, race, sexuality, or position in one’s community.

Please reach out to us if you have experienced abusive or harmful behavior from a team member, collaborator, or featured artist at weloveyou@thisisperfectharmony.com. We will gladly engage in action that centers on the needs of the victim/survivor, asks for accountability from the harm-doer/abuser, and recognizes the humanity in all those involved.

This includes, but is not limited to, the following:

  • A temporary or permanent cessation of professional relationship.
  • Removal of mention on our webpage and social media.
  • Withdrawn support or presence at events.

We believe in the importance of differentiation between misunderstandings, abuse, and harm. And that each has an appropriate response of its own. We recognize our limitations in lived experience, education, and interpersonal relationships that may impact our capability to provide an appropriate response for various levels of harm and abuse.
