Event Preview: DTRH2: Deeper Down The Rabbit Hole

Last year, WLDCRD’s journey “down the rabbit hole” had just begun. This year, join them as the adventure continues and they take us even deeper. WLDCRD is a Twin Cities based and member-run artist collective that strives to give its residents the outlet and resources they need to fully embrace their creativity. It is “a place to work, play, support live art and music, and sell your talent.” The collective was founded and is owned by Stacy Hollmann.

WLDCRD’s 2018 originating annual event, Down the Rabbit Hole, displayed everything the collective represents in the form of a nine hour long indoor festival at Blackheart Studio in St.Paul. The psychedelic playground featured live music and art of all kinds, including our friends flowstate and Goop City Music.

This year’s event, DTRH2: Deeper Down the Rabbit Hole, is set for November 30 at a currently undisclosed Twin Cities location and is scheduled to be 24 hours long, reaching far beyond the December 1 sunrise. The event is technically members-only, but a ticket includes a basic WLDCRD membership for the month of November…and for the first sliver of December. With a fifteen hour extension on the event’s duration, this year’s rabbit hole will surely have many more tunnels hiding beneath the surface of the earth. There are still artists and collaborators yet to be announced beyond what is displayed on the event poster and Facebook page. Regardless, we might just have to show up in order to find out what the event all has in store for us.
