And on the 6th Day of Snowta, PH gave to you … a recap of Snowta 2016!
The time is 11:55 p.m. on New Years Eve. Across the country, people are ringing in the new year at bars, house parties, family gatherings or sleeping soundly in their beds.
Last year, TC Dubstep introduced its New Years Eve bash, Snowta, to bring in 2017. The inaugural event was held December 31, 2016 at the Minneapolis Convention Center featuring a night of versatile acts including Prof, Hippie Sabotage, Waka Flocka Flame, Tipper, Infected Mushroom and Big Gigantic.
To bring in 2018, Snowta has expanded to two nights, December 30 and 31, with Pretty Lights headlining the first night and Excision bringing in the new year.
As we begin the countdown to 2018, I want to encourage you to think about your #fomo’s (Fear Of Missing Out).
Did you miss Snowta 2016? Was that the biggest regret of your year?
Hopefully you either have or are planning on getting your ticket, because Snowta NYE 2017, will once again transform the Minneapolis Convention Center into a one-of-a-kind celebration that’s sure to take you out of the cold and heat up your New Year’s Eve plans this year.
The lineup this year is jam-packed with artists that are blazing trails in each of their genres. Headliners for the ball-drop include top names such as, Excision, Pretty Lights, Post Malone, Gucci Mane, Ganja White Night and many others.
Other changes have been made to help you experience this incredibly unique indoor-music festival, this New Years Eve. Such as, adding human bowling, alien laser tag, indoor skate park demo area, and indoor snowboard rail jam competition, and so much more.
You’ll see stage production by Excision, a set up called The Paradox. Pretty Lights will be performing live with his own lighting production added to The Paradox stage, as well, for a jaw-dropping special performance leading up to the ball drop.
Snowta released its official recap video last August, covering all the moments you may have missed. As we reflect back on last year, we notice how much bigger and better Snowta 2017 will be than 2016.
