“Cofresi and Friends” at The Chop Shop

There’s something special about the passion a musician brings when they performs in their hometown. These fans are the people who helped make that musicians dream a reality. Chicago’s own Cofresi is hosting “Cofresi and Friends” on Saturday at the Chop Shop. This will be his first hometown headlining show. Supporting acts include Maddy O’Neal, JuBee, Blue Future and Sky Society.

Cofresi is an electronic drummer that has been making waves in the electronic music scene. He recently opened up for bluegrass/rock electronic band, Zoogma, at the same venue and for Ganja White Night at their Halloween show in Indiana. This summer, he was found at Summer Camp Music Festival and North Coast Festival with his melodic sound.

His latest single, “New Thing” with vocals by Ehiorobi, can be found on Spofity and Soundcloud.
