As CloZee embarks on a new journey with her own newly founded record label, Odyzey, “Emergence” feels like a beautiful send-off event, and boy we are for it. This project brings together well-established artists and up-and-coming artists together for fifteen tracks of enchanting rhythms and powerful bass lines.
Esseks, An-Ten-Nae, Fakear, Notlö, Floret Loret, nok nok, Ahee, MORiLLO. These are merely half of the incredibly talented names on this monumental album out now! Curated by the one and only world bass queen, Chloe Herry or better known in the world of bass–CloZee. With “Emergence” being her first-ever self-curated compilation album, it only seems right that the album is released with her previous home bass label; Gravitas Recordings.
The year is 2013, a young CloZee enters a remix competition hosted by Gravitas Recordings with electronic music sensei Mr. Bill for his song, “Cheyah”.(Listen to “Cheyah” CloZee remix here). Ever since then it’s been nothing but hit after hit from the French producer, making a name for herself around the globe. Game-changing projects like, “Revolution”, ‘Harmony”, “Evasion” to countless singles, she quickly rose to become one of the industries most respected artists in no time. Now she gives the opportunity to showcase her own experience-“Emergence”.
Per Gravitas’s latest press release– “In a time of great division and strife, “Emergence” symbolizes the beauty of collective through hopeful music. From known names such as Fakear and Esseks to rising talent such as NotLö and capshun, “Emergence” is all about discovery.”
To add icing on the cake, CloZee and Gravitas Recordings teamed up with Disco Donnie, Electric Hawk, River Beats, Celevate, Wormhole Music Group to bring us Emergence the virtual musical showcase on Saturday February 27, along with an official afterparty!
