Ravenscoon delivers new independent EP, Rapid Eye Movements [Release]

If you’re interested in electronic music chances are you’ve heard of young prodigy Paul Conversano, better known today as Ravenscoon.  If not well, you are in for quite a treat, seeing as he has released his latest independent EP today, “Rapid Eye Movements.” Growing up in San Francisco, his influences span from death metal to punk rock to hip hop, and if you’ve heard any of his mixes it definitely shows. His live DJ sets are so uniquely fresh with a hint of nostalgic sensation time and time again. Whether it be headlining sold-out shows or supporting artists at the forefront of the bass industry, Ravenscoon delivers an experience leaving people wanting more.

“Rapid Eye Movements” is four tracks of seamless emotion, from the first track “Nystagmus” to the finale,  “Awake” (featuring vocalist CASHFORGOLD), the project will leave you WET. Huge thank you to ThisSongSlaps for the early premiere of “Awake,” giving a taste of this absolute feast of ethereal bliss. Each track is meticulously composed, “To keep you awake at night with its sound, movements and themes centered around dreams, defining reality, and endless love,” as states Ravenscoon’s recent press release. Hypnotic melodies accompanied by “old school” bass, soothing vocals and low–tempo percussion leaves the listener in a dream state. “I wanted it to feel like you were falling backwards into an endless beautiful abyss, surrounded by green energy.” Said, Ravenscoon.

With highly regarded events such as; Electric Forest, 40 oz Wonderland (shout out 40 oz Collective) and Deja Voom under his belt, it’s no surprise why Ravenscoon has over ten thousand followers and counting on his social media platforms.

Fans might recognize Ravenscoon from being a B********* ambassador for the better part of five years. The only reason it is worth mentioning is to give an idea of the values this man has learned and loved. It adds to the experience, the knowledge and the sense of community he shares with us today. Now he shares his story with us through sonic excursions of SAUCE.
